Event Notification Process Awareness and Support

please help me find good locations to host the Heroes Fandom Convention... this convention is going to be completely run by fans..

we are looking for Fair Grounds. Next to but not in Large Cities.
this is a Non-profit event.. none of us are making money..to volenteer our time maning the gates, and pass out items for extra donations.

also.. Donations will go to settle the deficite of the Heroes TV series and towards the continuing of the next.

large areas at low cost.. that will help boost small town business preferably.

please if you can find the best fair grounds near you to hold this.. and send the info to me.. links,the location addresses, phone numbers who to talk to about renting the space, or just post it, in the correct area, and add a poll (*like CA has for example) see what follows.

if you are not from USA, it doesn't mean you can't be noticed, please use the heroesvideopetition link and let be seen and heard by NBC and maybe even some of your favorites... lol never know.

if this takes off in the US we can probly move it further to other countries.

we can plan upcoming events using these comic con type events.. as a stage.
